All payment methods shown above are the same as those available at checkout. If a payment method is unavailable in your region, it will not be displayed at checkout.

Currency

All prices on our website and at checkout are displayed in US Dollars (USD). If your card or bank account is in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee.

Payment Security

Our website uses 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. This technology encrypts your personal and payment information while it is transmitted, so it cannot be read by third parties.

All payments are processed through Shopify Payments and other certified payment providers. These providers comply with the PCI DSS security standard.

Your Payment Information

We do not have access to your full card details. When you place an order, we only receive:

  • Your billing information
  • Your shipping information
  • Your order details
  • The last 4 digits of your card (for reference only)

Your full card number, expiry date, and CVC are handled directly by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Order Confirmation and Authorisation

When you place an order, your payment is authorised immediately. You will receive an order confirmation by email once the payment has been processed successfully. If your payment is declined, no charge is made and your order is not placed.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund under our Return & Refund Policy, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

Privacy
