Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). After shipment, delivery usually takes 4–9 business days depending on your location, so 6–12 business days in total.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also follow your shipment on our tracking page.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@evelynandjune.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging so we can help you as quickly as possible.

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. The full conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

If the item is damaged, incorrect or faulty, we cover the return shipping cost in full. For all other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Not directly. Please return your original item and place a new order for the size or item you would prefer.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return has been received and inspected. Your bank may need a few extra days to display it.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All prices are charged in US Dollars (USD).

Yes. Your payment details are encrypted and processed through trusted, PCI DSS compliant payment providers. We never store or have access to your full card details. More details are available in our Payment Policy.

Every product page has its own size chart in inches and centimetres. Measure your bust, waist and hips over thin clothing rather than guessing, and if you are between two sizes, take the larger one.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the partners needed to run the store, such as our payment, shipping and marketing providers. See our Privacy Policy for the full explanation.
